So, this is the scene that was cut from the movie and was instead in ‘The Lion King on Broadway’. Showing Scar succumbing to his madness. It makes certain scenes, like Nala being so far out and finding Simba where he was, make more sense. It also gives a better insight how how truly disturbed Scar was. It’s just really great to hear it in the original voices! Give it a watch, but a few words of warning, it’s creepy as hell, and it’s very clear why it was cut from the children’s movie.
